Available Positions and Vacancy Breakdown
The vacancies are distributed across
different grades and technical streams to ensure a wide range of opportunities:
- Grade A (411 Posts):
Includes Graduate Engineers (Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics
& Communication, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Computer Science
& IT), Marketing Officers, and Law Officers.
- Grade A0 (9 Posts):
Assistant Quality Control Officers (Chemistry).
- Grade E0 (50 Posts):
Diploma Engineers in Electrical, Mechanical, and Safety disciplines.

In addition to the basic pay,
selected candidates are eligible for Dearness Allowance, HRA, medical
facilities, performance-related pay, and other corporate benefits.
Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants must meet specific age and
educational requirements as of 1 July 2026:
- Graduate Engineers:
Full-time B.E./B.Tech/equivalent with minimum 65% marks (55% for
SC/ST/PwBD).
- Marketing Officers:
2-year full-time MBA/PGDBA specializing in Marketing with at least 60%
marks.
- Law Officers & AQCO: Requires a relevant degree with 60% marks and 2
years of post-qualification experience.
- Diploma Engineers:
Full-time 3-year Diploma with 65% marks. Note that candidates with higher
qualifications like B.E./B.Tech are not eligible for this specific
grade.
Age Limits: The maximum age is 26 years for Engineers, 28 years for
Marketing, and 30 years for Law/AQCO, with standard government relaxations for
reserved categories.
Selection Process
The selection is a rigorous
three-stage process designed to find the best talent:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): Carries 85% weightage and consists of General
Aptitude and Domain Knowledge sections.
- Group Discussion (GD) & Group Task (GT): Carries 5% weightage.
- Personal Interview (PI): Carries 10% weightage.
